Leading British kitchen and interior design studio, Brandt Design, has collaborated with Bristol-based builders, Hardrock Developments and B.E.C.T Building Contractors to create a series of luxury homes at Holburne Park: a scenic village-style suburb in walking distance of the historic city centre of Bath.

These prestigious Georgian-style new homes are constructed in Bath stone and the project is designed by architect Robert Adam, renowned for his work at the Duchy of Cornwall’s acclaimed Poundbury in Dorset.

As Brandt Design has extended its national reach to the South West of England with a new trade showroom in Cardiff, the team has a wealth of knowledge working on deluxe turnkey projects. Julia Steadman, Commercial Director, Brandt Design says “What really works is that you enter a building that externally resembles a bygone era and then experience everything that’s great about modern design, none more so than our kitchens which have everything that today’s consumer could wish for.”

Potential new homeowners at the Holburne Park development can choose from two distinct kitchen styles. 1. Brandt Design Heritage Collection, which offers a classic in-frame door is perfectly sympathetic to its surroundings and period architecture, and thehigh-fashion Velvet Blue Lacquer finish adds visual depth and heritage charm. This sophisticated blue furniture is paired with elegant and tactile 20mm quartz worktops in Carrara Cloud and all of the featured kitchen appliances are manufactured by Siemens, along with a Bora Pure induction hob set in the island.

The contemporary kitchen is handpicked from 2. Brandt Urban Collection, which is designed with handleless contemporary slab doors in a mixture of Velvet Blue and Cashmere. Appliances are supplied by Siemens and with an integrated Bora Pure hob, as well as 20mm quartz worktops are in Calacutta Supreme.

“Holburne Park is just one of a number of high quality developments that we are currently supplying and I love the way it fuses modern living with classical architecture. Anyone who has visited Bath will understand its unique character and history, which is why new buildings need to be aware of the most suitable landscape, materials and style from the outset” adds Julia.

Scott Davis, Director, Brandt Design says, “We are extremely pleased to work on such a high calibre project in such a beautiful location. As the kitchen living space remains a key room in many residential properties up and down the land, we are very proud to bring our expertise in bespoke fitted furniture for the ultimate in luxe interior design with timeless appeal.”

From initial enquiry through to concept design and final install, Brandt Design invest time nurturing its understanding of each project, offering thoughtful consultation and expert guidance to create market leading design with purpose and precision.
