Gleeds appoints new Head of Regeneration

International property and construction consultancy Gleeds has appointed Natascha McIntyre-Hall as its new head of regeneration.

Natascha returns to the business after a stint as assistant director of strategic developments with Portsmouth City Council. There, she was responsible for driving a multi-billion-pound sustainable transformation agenda, seeking to put Portsmouth on the map as Britain’s premier waterfront city of innovation. Natascha also showcases her futurist approach to regeneration through keynote speaking engagements and roundtable events under the title, ‘The Mindful Regenerist’.

Formerly a director with Gleeds London, in her new role Natascha will be responsible for working with both public and private sector clients to future-proof their regeneration programmes nationwide. Her unique approach to development will see her balancing client’s budgetary and environmental, social, and governance targets, with the long-term requirements of the communities in which they operate.

Speaking about her appointment, Natascha says,"I am over the moon to be coming back to Gleeds as head of regeneration. I firmly believe that the construction industry has an opportunity to reinvent regeneration and large-scale development projects, and I am excited to have the chance to support businesses to better understand and articulate what communities require, and how we can deliver stronger cost benefit outcomes and a more resilient legacy.”

Paul Dennison, head of development at Gleeds added, It is great to be welcoming Natascha back to Gleeds. Not only does she boast over 15 years’ experience of the industry, but she also brings with her a refreshing and unique take on regeneration, prioritising people-centred development and pursuing dynamic and innovative solutions to issues around sustainability and community collaboration. I know that her expertise and advice will prove invaluable to clients new and old, and I look forward to seeing her futurist ethos in action.“
