Show apartment to open at £25m prime riverside development in Nottingham
/One of Nottingham’s premier waterside residential developments, The Yacht Club, is opening its show apartment to prospective homebuyers on 11th December, as works on the exclusive scheme continue to progress.
The 81-home development, which is being developed by KMRE Group Ltd, has garnered significant interest since construction began and is already at 40% sold.

Visitors are welcome to view the sales suite which includes a two bedroom £345,000 show apartment, by booking an appointment with selling agent FHP Living. Slots are available Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm and Saturday-Sunday 11am-3pm.
To comply with COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing and ‘one in, one out’ measures will be in place to ensure the safety of guests and site representatives, with visitors required to wear a face covering and use the hand sanitiser provided.
For those who are self-isolating or do not wish to visit the show apartment during lockdown, video viewings are also available with a representative from FHP Living.
Due to be completed in spring 2021, all of the apartments will offer residents sweeping views of the river, as well as onsite parking and vibrant outdoor communal spaces, with all homes finished to the finest quality, using high spec fixtures and fittings.
