The Economist Group takes space at Ergo Real Estate’s Great Charles Street Development in Birmingham
/Ergo Real Estate, on behalf of Aver, welcomes The Economist Group to its Great Charles Street development, a unique office refurbishment in the heart of Birmingham’s Central Business District.
Ergo Real Estate has let the entire top floor of 154 Great Charles Street, Birmingham to the world-renowned publisher, The Economist Group.
Complementing their headquarters in London and other global locations, the Birmingham office will comprise 3,684 sq ft, with the weekly magazine publisher committing to a 5-year lease.
