Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles launches ‘All-in’ aftercare plan

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has launched its all-inclusive aftercare plan to support customers with vans aged between three and six years. The package, named ‘All-in from Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles’* offers businesses peace-of-mind with two services, two years’ Roadside Assistance, two MOTs, and two years of Warranty included.

The programme is the first of its kind and combines a range of services, bundled into a single package, and paid for either by 24 monthly instalments or as a one-off payment, giving businesses the ability to plan their finances in advance.

All-in gives customers a complete care package that covers main future servicing and repair costs. Compared with pay-as-you-go pricing, All-in provides considerable value and significant savings of on average £1,558† over two years, while also offering the facility to book services and MOTs for a single visit to minimise vehicle downtime – all part of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles’ Working With You promise.

Starting with a free eligibility check by a technician, the offering comprises one major and one minor service (including a full inspection), two MOT tests (excluding remedial work), year-round Roadside Assistance, and a Warranty. The Roadside Assistance is effective in the UK and Europe, and covers drivers for, if required, repatriation, alternative travel and hotel accommodation for the driver and up to seven passengers if needed. All work is completed by Volkswagen Trained Technicians, using only Volkswagen Genuine Parts and diagnostic equipment.

All-in from Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is provided in conjunction with Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS), and is priced at £34.97 per month across 24 months – the cost of a daily cup of coffee. The programme can also be paid upfront for a one-off payment of £839.30.

Vehicles aged between three to six years are eligible, meaning that the support could be effective until the van is eight years old, depending on the vehicle’s age when the policy takes effect. Exemptions to the programme are electric vehicles, vans with over 100,000 miles on the clock and those with engines more than 2.0 litres in capacity.
