New CEO catapults RedBook into transformation year

In October 2021, luxury property consultancy RedBook, appointed Tom Adams as its new CEO.

Tom joined the business with a vision to position RedBook as the leading global, end-to-end property agency with a prestigious reputation for being the one-stop shop for best-in-class, curated introductions. Within just six months, Tom is already making considerable headway in making this vision a reality and has expanded the team with the appointment of a new Property Director.

Tom’s keen entrepreneurial mindset and commercial insight led to him founding the British Game Alliance (the BGA), the UK’s official marketing board and regulatory board for the game meat industry, which built upon the experience he gained as Sales Director of GunOnPegs and as Property Consultant at Quadrant Property Management.

Tom’s capability for leading transformational business growth, alongside his passion for setting and surpassing ambitions business goals, means he is well placed to propel RedBook forward at a rapid pace. This expertise, coupled with the industry knowledge and connections of RedBook’s Founding Director, Sandy Mitchell, firmly equip the agency to deliver excellence.

Toby has accrued over 15 years’ experience working for three top London estate agencies and joins RedBook from Savills, where he was an Associate Director. In this role, he was part of the Super Prime Residential team, working in development and sales with properties at the very top of the market in Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Chelsea. He proudly holds the record for the highest price per square foot achieved in Marylebone.
